In Diablo II Resurrected, Ondal's Wisdom is part of the Elder Staff category and one of many unique Staffs in D2R. It is an item of average size, taking 4 Blocks of space if you want to store it in the inventory or stash. Your character needs to reach at least the Required Level of 66 to carry this item. This Elder Staff has a Strength Requirement of 44 before it can be used. Another limitation is Dexterity, which should be 37 as the very minimum.
Please note that this Weapon is Two-Handed, so your character can not use an additional weapon or shield at the same time.
This is already the elite version of this Staff, so it cannot be upgraded any further. The normal version is called Gnarled Staff, while the exceptional version is Cedar Staff.
Note: If this item can have sockets, you might be able to get some runes and get one of the runewords as a result - if you place them in the correct order.
