PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE ON YESGAMERS.COM

This document is a supplement to the Yesgamers Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yesgamers. By making a purchase or an exchange, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree with this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:

  • In-Game Services
  • YesCoins

Should you decide to cancel the delivery of ordered service, you are entitled to request a refund at any point prior to the delivery. Payments for customized service based orders where we already started delivery or where you fail to collect within reasonable time frame of 15 days shall not be refunded or returned for any reason (except in EU countries required by law).

The user is eligible for a full refund back to the original payment method on any order that was not started by our team. Orders that were started and have progress recorded are eligible for a store credit refund in YesCoins, where the refunded part equals the unfinished part of the order (for example, 60% was done, 40% will be refunded). All refunded orders will include a ~5% processing fee charged by our payment processors. Any fees and transaction commissions paid by the Users are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the commission being non-refundable and non-returnable, a User is not entitled to claim any compensation from Yesgamers. If a user’s refund case is not listed here, the customer can contact our support team for approval on a case to case basis.

WHEN ARE SERVICES Not ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

Transactions with YesCoins Balance: The service is deemed to be fully performed at the time of granting you access to the YesCoins Balance. This case is exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the consumer’s prior express consent.

YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

Service was not delivered. Please keep in mind that: We will start processing your purchase once your payment is approved. Usually, it takes seconds to confirm your payment, but it may take longer depending on your payment method. Any delay in payment processing by a payment service provider does not constitute a non-delivery and does not give rise to a refund.

If you have not received the ordered Service or received it but not in full, please contact Yesgamers Support. Once we confirm the non-delivery, we will proceed with the refund.

Fraudulent transactions. If the purchase was made not by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact us via the Contact Form ASAP (as soon as possible). We will investigate the case, and if the money is still in our system, we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, the refund is not possible.

No Reason. Without specifying the reason, you may request a refund for the transaction to top up your YesCoins Balance within 14 days from the transaction date provided that you haven’t used the balance and non-crypto currency was used as the Payment Method. We do not do partial refunds.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

By default, purchases will be refunded via the payment method used to make the purchase. A refund takes about 5 banking days but in any way, not more than 14 days. If your payment method does not support refunds, we will credit the refund amount to your YesCoins balance. We do not do refunds in cryptocurrency.
