Stormlash

In Diablo II Resurrected, Stormlash is part of the Scourge category and one of many unique Maces in D2R. It is a relatively big item, taking 6 Blocks of space if you want to store it in the inventory or stash. Your character needs to reach at least the Required Level of 82 to carry this item. This Scourge has a Strength Requirement of 125 before it can be used. Another limitation is Dexterity, which should be 77 as the very minimum.
This Weapon is One-Handed, so your character can use an additional weapon or shield on the other arm.

Can Stormlash be Upgraded?

This is already the elite version of this Mace, so it cannot be upgraded any further. The normal version is called Flail, while the exceptional version is Knout.
