It is a relatively big item, taking 6 Blocks of space if you want to store it in the inventory or stash. Your character needs to reach at least the Required Level of 69 to carry this item. This Thunder Maul has a Strength Requirement of 253 before it can be used.
Please note that this Weapon is Two-Handed, so your character can not use an additional weapon or shield at the same time.

Can Earth Shifter be Upgraded?

This is already the elite version of this Hammer, so it cannot be upgraded any further. The normal version is called Great Maul, while the exceptional version is Martel de Fer.
