'FalOhmUm' - these 3 runes are the magic combination of the Chaos runeword in Diablo 2 Resurrected. To get started you will need 1x Fal Rune, 1x Ohm Rune, 1x Um Rune, as well as any 3-socket Hand to Hand. You can then put these 3 runes into the sockets of the base item - one by one - following the exact order of the rune word.
